Q: What’s included in a handyman visit?

A: Each plan includes 2-hour visits focused on maintenance tasks like bulb or battery replacement, basic repairs, safety checks, and seasonal upkeep. You’ll also get a summary after each visit so you know what was done.

Q: Do I need to supply my own materials?

A: Most visits don’t require materials. If we do discover something that needs extra supplies (like a part or fixture), we’ll let you know and quote that separately. You’ll never be surprised.

Q: Can I use my plans whenever I want?

A: Service Plans are designed for scheduled maintenance visits, usually twice a year—where we complete a set list of tasks. That keeps things simple and predictable.
If you need work done outside of that (like something suddenly breaks), we can schedule a separate service visit at a discounted rate.

Q: What if I don’t use all my time during a visit?

A: Unused time doesn’t roll over. Our goal is to maximize every visit, but we’ve found that banked time leads to confusion. Instead, we make each visit count.

Q: What’s the difference between the Basic, Essential, and Elite plans?

A: All plans include handyman visits and waived fees. Essential and Elite plans offer more visits, discounts on future work, and priority booking

Q: What if the work needed is more than basic maintenance?

A: If we discover that a repair goes beyond the scope of your plan (e.g., a major leak, structural damage, etc.), we’ll recommend next steps. In many cases, we can bring in one of our trusted, vetted subcontractors — or provide you with a quote from our team for add-on services.

Q: How long is the plan term?

A: All Service Plans run on a yearly term. You’re locked in for the rate you signed up with, unless something major changes (like materials or labor pricing). We’ll always notify you before making any adjustments.

Q: Who will be doing the work?

A: Our in-house team handles all Service Plan visits. If additional repairs are needed outside of the plan, we’ll bring in one of our trusted, pre-vetted subcontractors. You’ll always know who’s coming and what to expect. 

Q: Is this just for seniors?

A: Not at all! We have plans for everyone — from busy families to first-time homeowners to 55+ residents needing a little extra help.

Q: Can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime, but deposits and previous payments are non-refundable.
