Bathroom Drywall Repair, Baseboard Replacement & Painting

Laser Focused Solutions completed a small bathroom refresh that included drywall repair, wall preparation, painting, trim work, and baseboard replacement.

Scope of Work

• Removed and replaced an approximately 4 ft. x 4 ft. section of damaged drywall.

• Repaired remaining wall imperfections, holes, and damaged areas.

• Spackled and prepared bathroom walls for paint.

• Painted the bathroom walls, ceiling, trim, door, and cabinet surfaces.

• Removed existing plastic base molding.

• Installed new wood baseboard.

• Caulked and finished the new baseboard installation.

Project Result

This bathroom did not require a full remodel, but it needed proper repair work and a cleaner finish. After repairing the damaged drywall, preparing the surfaces, replacing the baseboard, and repainting the room, the space had a cleaner and more complete look.
