Service Fee - $15 added to each job to cover administrative costs 

Convenience Fee $5 applied if client pays with Card or Venmo

PAYMENT POLICIES 

Due Upon Completion 
 
All payments for work performed by Laser Focused Solutions are now due UPON COMPLETION. This means that the crew on site will be ready to collect payment once the work for that day is considered complete. If customers are unable to pay their bill when due they will have 24hrs to make payment in full. If the customer still refuses to submit payment, their invoice will then be sent to collections or small claims court. 
 

 

Cancellation Policy 
 
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $120 cancellation fee.  
 
 
Last Minute Booking Policy 
 
Any customer looking to book a job with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a fee of $10 more per hour per rate or person.
